AQUATIC EXERCISE CLASSES

Aquaerobic Dance

This class features upbeat dance routines choreographed to music. Aquaerobic dance will help you increase cardiovascular endurance, strengthen muscles and improve flexibility in a fun, musical environment!

Arthritis/Fibromyalgia Stretch & Strength

Stretch and strengthen muscles while increasing flexibility and range of motion using American Arthritis Foundation guidelines. This class is a great way to socialize and meet new people!

Full Fitness Warm Water Exercise

Improve muscle strength and flexibility while exercising in the warm water therapy pool at a slow to moderate pace. This is a full body workout especially designed for people with Fibromyalgia, Arthritis and other physical limitations.

Prenatal Aquatic Exercise

Exercising during your pregnancy can be very beneficial and fun! This low impact exercise class will focus on stretching, strength and endurance. This class is also a great way to socialize with other soon-to-be moms. A note from your physician approving you to exercise is required to participate in this class. Class size is limited to ten participants.
