Booth Registration
We Need your help!
The Summit Classic, the community event 5-Kilometer Walk/Jog/Run, will be held on Sunday, April 20, 2008. The focus of this event is not a competition for elite athletes but rather a gathering for our community to get together and promote physical activity.
Support Your Community and Customers
With enough sponsorship and increasing participation, we will be able to generate proceeds to help offset the cost of the Summit scholarship program. This event is always a huge success. All participants receive a T-shirt, an accurate finish time, FREE massages, music and a fun atmosphere to enjoy a lunch from one of the many food vendors at the event. Most importantly, participants will be a bit more fit. Last years event drew 750 participants and this year we expect even more.
Marketing Opportunity
You will have access to our 1,500+ participants, spectators and volunteers.
Partner with the Summit by donating items for inclusion in the prize bags.
Brochures, business cards, flyers, over-stocked or discontinued items, promotional knick-knacks, coupons, gift certificates and especially merchandise with your company name on it can be placed into every participant pre-race bag.
Past sponsors have found ways to encourage people to visit their business or booth at the event using incentives or certificates with great success.
Great Exposure for Your Business
Shown in The Summit lobby before, during and after the event for our 7,000 members to see.

Retail Opportunity
As a sponsor for the event, you will receive a prime booth location and free retail spaces according to your sponsorship level.
I have enclosed the Sponsorship Levels (pdf) and a Booth Registration Form (pdf)
