Personal Training

Personal training is one of the safest, most time efficient and enjoyable methods of exercising. Our personal trainers will provide a scientifically based and medically sound program appropriate to the individual’s specific interests and needs.
Whatever your fitness goals are, The Summit’s personalized programs can help:

How do I get started?

We will assess your current fitness level and design a program tailored to your needs. You will be educated on how to execute each exercise safely and effectively. No matter what your fitness level is, your trainer will coach you on improving your technique and endurance.

Rates

All personal training sessions last one hour. Our cancellation policy requires 24-hour notice. A full session will be charged to your account if you cancel an appointment without sufficient notice.
