Body Balance - Workshops, Support Groups, Educational Presentations Body Balance Bariatric Support Group Having bariatric surgery does not guarantee successful weight loss. Key factors to success include eating a healthy diet, exercise and the ongoing support of those who share this experience with you. This group is dedicated to those who have already had surgery. It is a time to discuss issues, share successes and trade helpful hints with one another. A Motivational Mentor and a Registered Dietitian will lead the group.
Healthy Habits for Life“Healthy Habits for Life” is a 12 week guide to food and fitness. This common sense approach to healthy living will help you to establish lifelong eating and activity habits that will put you on the road to health. It is designed to help you make gradual permanent changes in your lifestyle resulting in higher energy levels and decreased health risks. Taught by Holly Nickels, RD.

Low Fat Cooking . . . Great TasteDate, times & location to be announced. This hands-on class is designed to teach low fat cooking techniques. A full course dinner including the entrée, side dishes and dessert will be prepared.
