Nutrition Consultation
Please call for an individualized nutrition assessment and education to promote optimal health and nutrition. Common education topics include but are not limited to:
- High Cholesterol/Triglycerides
- Weight Management
- Non-dialysis Kidney Disease
- High Blood Pressure
- Gluten Intolerance
- Eating Disorders
- Cancer
- Osteoporosis
- Prenatal Nutrition/Infant Feeding
- Food Allergies
- Sports Performance
In order to provide you with the best nutrition education experience possible, we require a physician’s referral. Some private insurance companies will pay for a nutrition visit. Please check with your insurance. Medicaid will pay for clients 20 years old and younger with a MT Medicaid Passport to Health. Medicare will pay for people with Renal Insufficiency, End Stage Renal Disease without Dialysis and Post Kidney Transplantation patients. If you have Diabetes Mellitus, please contact the Diabetes Education Program at 751-5454 for a nutrition consultation. Scholarships are available for those who qualify.
