Disordered Eating
Body Balance - Workshops, Support Groups, Educational Presentations
Specially trained dietitians and mentors provide hope, health and healing for those faced with disordered eating challenges, including but not limited to: anorexia, bulimia, compulsive overeating, and obesity. Disordered eating is when the joy and fun of feeding, fueling and nourishing the human body is replaced with feelings of guilt, shame, and life stress.
Private Consultation
Private Individual Consultations with registered dietitians Linda Fredenberg and Stephanie Timlick who specialize in treating eating disorders and Motivational Mentoring with Barbi Webber a survivor of anorexia and bulimia. Body Balance Bariatric Surgery Support Group
Having bariatric surgery does not guarantee successful weight loss. Key factors to success include eating a healthy diet, exercise and the ongoing support of those who share this experience with you. This group is dedicated to those who have already had surgery. It is a time to discuss issues, share successes and trade helpful hints with one another. A Motivational Mentor and a Registered Dietitian will lead the group.

Community Education
Disordered Eating Education, Awareness and Prevention Presentations. Given by registered dietitians Linda Fredenberg and Stephanie Timlick and Motivational Mentor Barbi Webber. These presentations are appropriate for schools – students or staff, staff training, community organizations and private groups. Fees vary, please call 751-4500 for more information.
