Abs-Solutely

12-15 minutes of intense abdominal work. Everyone is welcome! This is not available during the Summer session, ends June 6th. . Begins in September 2008.

Body Balance

This class incorporates slow moving, gentle, therapeutic exercises that aide in improving muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, breathing and balance. Combines standing and mat exercises. This class is for everyone and is easy to follow along. Newcomers are always welcome. This class runs year around.

Body Works

With Anita. Total body sculpt class for toning and strength. No aerobic activity. Free weights and tubing are used. This is not available during the Summer session, ends June 6th. Starts September 2008.

Boot Camp Basics

With Rose/Angie*. Basic moves with lots of intensity! Interval and strength training with speed and agility drills, power and plyometric drills and calisthenics. Step, jump ropes and weights will be used.

Cardio Step

Step aerobics incorporating weights and resistance tubing. Fun and challenging. *Wednesday class is Double Step. **Tuesday/Wednesday evening class is a 30 minute step aerobic class that you can combine with the 30 minute lower body workout and get a great hour of aerobics and conditioning.

Mindful Movements

Improve your balance, posture, breathing and leg strength by using the principles of Gi Gong and Tai Chi. The Flow will also be used. All ages are welcome as movements will be modified for individual needs.
