2008-2009 Programs

Cardio Tennis
Cardio Tennis is a new, fun group activity featuring drills to give players of all abilities an ultimate high energy workout. Taught by our teaching professionals, Cardio Tennis includes a warm up, cardio workout, and cool down phases. Monday-Wednesday-Friday 9:30-10:30 Price: $12.00 Member $15.00 Drop-In or Non-member




Quick Start Tennis
Quick Start Tennis is an exciting new play format for kids age 10 and under that allows them to start playing almost immediately. Our teaching professionals will use specialized equipment, shorter court dimensions and modified scoring, all tailored to age and size. Monday-Wednesday-Friday 4-5 year olds 3:00-3:45pm 6-8 year olds 4:00-5pm 8-10 year olds 5-6:00pm Price: $10.00 member $15.00 non-member




Juniors
Tuesday & Thursday
Beginners: age 8-18 4:00-5:00pm
Price: $12.00 members $15.00 non-members
Rising Stars: 5:00-6:30pm
Elite Competitive 6:30-8:00pm
Price: $15.00 member $20.00 non-member

Ball Machine

Our new state of the art ball machine, The Playmate, is situated behind court 4. Remote control and instruction book attached. Reservations are made with the front desk. The charge is court time plus $6.00. Please pick up all balls and use the sweeper at the end of your session.
