Cardiac Rehabilitation
Cardiac Rehabilitation provides individual heart monitored exercise and risk factor management for individuals recovering from a myocardial event (heart attack, bypass surgery, valve surgery, angioplasty, stents, & stable angina). A physician’s referral is required.

Healthy Hearts
Healthy Hearts is a clinically supervised exercise/risk factor management program. The class provides individualized instruction for aerobic, strength, flexibility and balance training programs. Vital sign measurements are taken at each class. Participants must have a physician referral to participate. Initial interview fee is $40.00 (this fee may be waived).

Heart Failure – Management & Exercise Program
This year long program provides an atmosphere conducive to improved functional capacity, risk factor reduction, and symptom management support through supervised exercise and educational sessions. Participant must have a diagnosis of heart failure and a physician referral for the program.

Pulmonary Maintenance
This class is structured for individuals with COPD, or other respiratory conditions who would benefit from assistance with exercise instruction from a licensed respiratory therapist. Participant must have a physician referral for the program.
